Australia needs you

A little about Australia.

We are in expansion mode, immigration is high and a little easier than it used to be.  It is a fantastic, tolerant, multi-ethnic place to live where we (for now) enjoy all the freedoms of one of the great democracies of the world.  This is of course, like every other democracy, under threat.  It saddens many Australians that the thanks we get from many Muslims for providing a safe, free home to them is the desire to destroy us.

Please be aware, for anyone concerned about the racist attacks on Indians, particularly in Melbourne, that these are overwhelmingly committed by Lebanese, Somalian and Sudanese Muslims!  But we can't say that because we would be racist so we must sit back and let the world assume (as it does) that it us 'white' looking folk committing these acts.  All communities have their thugs and criminals but, when it comes to the Indian student bashings, well in this case, not us.

Our immigration policies allow for certain humanitarian quotas from Muslim countries.  In order to save costs the foreign affairs authorities often staff overseas immigration offices in these Muslim countries with locals who discriminate against non-Muslims and favour Muslims for immigration, Muslims who have no intention of taking advantage of our freedoms.
I ask any ex-Muslim in a Muslim country who feels they need to and can make a complete change and are thinking of immigrating:  Please come to Australia, we need you.  We need to fill our 'Muslim quota' with 'ex-Muslims'!

I ask any Australian reading this to support a genuine initiative to help ex-Muslims wanting to leave their hellhole to assist.  I am a practising lawyer, not an immigration specialist, but I am happy to offer my time to assist, research and do what I can for anyone who wants advice or practical help.  If it is help with jobs, accommodation, counselling, someone to talk to when they first arrive, then I ask Australians to help.  There are social services in place of course and perhaps the best thing may be just to emotionally support any Islam-escapee in a new, big country when they first arrive.
Maybe a couple glasses of Aussie red wine or a beer over a chat might make a good 'welcome to Australia and leaving Islam ceremony'!

The holy grail would be to find someone in the Immigration Department on this blog who can anonymously provide any tips or guidance on what 'best to do' when applying for immigration.  How to be the 'Muslim victim' looking for refuge - no mistruths there.

Clearly this needs to be thought through a little more.  Before anyone wastes their time and effort on any infiltrators and has any form of personal involvement or contact with anyone adequate screening and safety measures need to be in place.

Anyone got any ideas? Can we get enough people to provide at least some guidance on procedure for getting the right people into our country.
